Payment responsibility is based on your insurance coverage. Beyond accepting most major insurances, including Medicare and Tricare, we bill in-network as a contracted provider.
COST WITHOUT INSURANCE
No insurance or prefer to pay out of pocket? We’re here to help. You’ll find examples of cash payment prices clearly outlined below to share a general sense of cost.

Please note: Durable medical goods (such as Velcro/preformed splints, orthopedic boots, and crutches) are offered at an additional cost (prices may vary). Vaccinations, immunizations and physicals are priced individually.
**Rapid STI Testing is not included in the flat rate. Rapid STI Testing is $199 and includes same-day results and treatment for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Bacterial Vaginosis (BV), Candida. All other tests must be sent to an outside lab and are billed to the patient by the lab.
